Drafting Love to piss off your incumbent QB...This is like putting your QB franchise player on the franchise tag.

I would go safety next. McKinney or Delpit. There has been too many years gone by without a premium pick spent on a safety in which we have needed badly!
I'm sort of hoping for Winfield instead. He has the bloodlines and is a stud ballhawk. Only concern I have with him is his size and injuries. He had like 7 picks this past season. Which would be huge for us.

Aaron Rodgers will probably be pissed that Green Bay didn't pick someone to help them win next year.

Now he knows how the other 52 players on the roster feel when they draft for their replacements practically every other year.

I haven't kept up with it that closely this year, who had a devastating injury that should be available?
The Alabama LBer is always hurt. And is sort of a Chaisson type physical talent... Terrell Lewis would so be a Cowboys second round pick.

He really does remind of his dad.

McGovern has the size to play either. But Frederick has sort of sold me on the idea of a bigger more physical center. I don't think that's Williams. I kind of hope McGovern and Looney play LG and Center respectively. I would like for Williams to start working at OT actually. Of course then you still need to decide who the backup interior guy is. Which I guess will probably be the loser between Williams, McGovern and Looney.
Zero percent chance Looney beats out Williams at guard unless Williams isn’t healthy. And we have two tackles locked up... Smith and Collins.

The 5 that make sense to me is Smith, Williams, McGovern, Martin, Collins. That is a very solid group still.

Ok I don’t know much about him. I’m gonna look him up.

Oh yeah and Braun, sort of forgot about him. If he falls to the second I'd be all over him.

Rodgers never plays harder than when he has a chip on his shoulder.

Right now about all he’s playing for is all-time lowest int %age among QBs who actually try

Well he just landed on a team with embarrassing riches on offense and absolutely no fucking defense at all.

They are going to have to outscore the other team in insane shootouts.

Should be fun to watch
We do not have “no defense.” We have pretty good LBs, especially now that we have upgraded the DTs in front of them and they have some beef. Lawrence should bounce back. RDE and LCB are two question marks but we have some options there, and some depth. And more draft picks that can fill it.
