Oh there are plenty of players still available to upgrade this roster. Specifically upgrade the defense. I think the offense is still ready to roll. Jarwin is a upgrade to Witten. We bring back all of our starters except Cobb otherwise. And while Cobb was a good players he wasn't as important as Cooper and Gallup. And Cobb has an injury history that is likely to flair up again in his career.

Yea wouldn't mind him, looking thru the list ( NFL Free Agents: Wide Receivers - 2020 ) I think I'd like to try for Allison but no idea how that would affect our comp picks

He would not be a Cobb replacement. He would be a Tavon Austin backfill.

He is a speed guy. Not your typical slot who moves the chains. A very very limited skillset.

I'd just draft a guy or two. Cooper and Gallup are going to see most of the balls. Jarwin will get a healthy dose. I'm ok getting a reciever in this draft. And if it's an outside guy Cooper has been deadly from the slot in his career.
