Yeah, but Trump's policies (foreign mostly) are perpetuating that free market in our own country.

Yep. That's the domestic part of it.And deregulation
I'm not saying you're wrong but can you tell me what he's done specifically and how it positively impacted the economy (I don't have any time to keep up with anything so its a serious question)?Yeah, but Trump's policies (foreign mostly) are perpetuating that free market in our own country.
Multiple tariffs. Redoing trade agreements with Mexico and Canada to get us away from the terrible NAFTA deal. Getting us out of the awful Paris Treaty. All of which directly improved our economy. That's a high level overview, but you can read more at Trump tariffs - Wikipedia.I'm not saying you're wrong but can you tell me what he's done specifically and how it positively impacted the economy (I don't have any time to keep up with anything so its a serious question)?
A general response is that he has rolled back several laws that private enterprise reacted to and slowed down or stopped their production and expansion. With those moves business has geared up again and put their liquid excess into expansion and brought back jobs and manufacturing to the USA mainland. The end result is more money in the system and more jobs to create additional tax revenues. It larger than this but in a general way this is what has been done.I'm not saying you're wrong but can you tell me what he's done specifically and how it positively impacted the economy (I don't have any time to keep up with anything so its a serious question)?
