I need to see one more year of Lamar Jackson doing this before I fully buy in.

Seems like everyone has gone overboard with the hype as if we've never seen anything like this before. I'd argue 2012 Robert Griffin III was just as good.

He wasn't as good, Lamar broke Vicks single season rushing record earlier this game

Also RG3 looked like a guy that always skipped leg day, you could see the injury coming

Their numbers aren't that far off. I'll have to look at the actual stats but it feels like the Ravens call a lot more run plays for Lamar than the Redskins did for RGIII.

Lamar has 30 tds so far, most Rg3 had was 20. Difference is Lamar is a better passer and built a little bigger

I just looked at the rushing stats.

2012 RGIII: 120 rushes at 6.8 yards per rush

2019 Lamar (coming into tonight's game): 151 rush attempts at 6.7 yards per rush.

So yeah, the numbers are very close and maybe RGIII has that record if the Redskins ran him more.

I don't agree with the better passer argument. They are probably even and if one was better than the other, it's a slight difference. Again, I'm speaking only of RGIII's 2012 season.
