A Garrett firing should be about bad losses to the Jets, not showing up for a half against the Packers, and a horrendous final couple series against the Vikings, rather than much from yesterday.

I agree in a vacuum, but it's really much more about the accumulation of things dating all the way back to the Arizona game in 2010. It wasn't good yesterday, but if yesterday was all there was we wouldn't be having this conversation. But, yesterday was a microcosm of what's wrong with Garrett's coaching.

I used to love hearing Parcells talk about contingencies. The team made lots of mistakes, no doubt, but he seemed to always be prepared.
