The economy was not on the upswing, nor was unemployment improving (especially for non government jobs).

How the fuck anyone could claim Trump has slowed down the economy is beyond me. It took off the day he took office and started wiping out the bazillion ridiculous regulations and red tape Obama had instilled into private industry. It started when Trump wiped out all of Obama's anti- energy garbage agenda. The stock market has exploded since he came into office in large part because of his actions with private industry and energy.

Has he done everything right? No he hasn't, nobody ever has. But the guy has gotten some good stuff done and has done far more for the economy in 2+ years than Obama ever did.

I post media malpractice and in the last few years lots have been against Trump. Trumps tariffs war and his continued usage of social media are stupid, I have never praised that at all. I compare Trump to dems in the Clinton era, Bill had numerous speeches about securing the border but like him he is a squish on gun control. just look at him caving on the bump stock ban and bowing to the tobacco lobby to erase ecigs (I quit 3 years ago after 20+ years using them)


And as for what I believe in it's the right of every fucking American to do whatever the fuck they want as long as it doesn't infringe upon anothers rights

Easing back regulations which helped the economy, putting a damper on the climate change cult, moving the embassy to Jerusalem which previous Presidents have promised but never delivered, overturning the bullshit Iran deal, and packing the courts with constitutionalists(granted that's more on Cocaine Mitch)

I don't really understand why this makes you so happy. You don't give a crap about CA as far as I remember, if anything you loath all things CA. So if they legislate to a point where they'll all have to drive EV's or walk serves them right, right?
But as far as I remember you are very keen on every state being able to self-legislate with as little federal intervention as possible, so shouldn't this be a blow to your idea of what democracy should be?

I think it's funny simply because the federal government over-regulates, and even an overly-regulated fed can see that California is way over-regulated.
