Right. Milk a 1 point lead in the third quarter when we've given up 10 straight points. Why aren't you our coach?
I'm not talking run it every play, superstile. But, when we run the ball 19 times to 37 passes even with the lead it's ridiculous. But, then again, we were taking what was given us. 6 yards a carry wasn't good enough.

The defense sucked yesterday, but the offense was equally bad.

They scored 14 points against the league's worst pass defense. Fourteen points with their last score coming with a few min left to go before the half.

The spent the entire 2nd half not doing a damn thing.

Is it superstile, or supersuck?

I'm not particularly upset with the offense, we should have ran the ball a bit more but the offense was efficient for the most part once they got going.
Why would you not be upset with the offense?

They scored a total of 14 points against one of the worst defenses in football.

Where the fuck was the pass rush? SD trotted out 3 new OL, and backup ones at that.

Outside of the one play by Hatcher and a big pressure from Selvie, I didn't see much at all.

This thread is better now than it was at any point during yesterday's game.
You're welcome.

I'm not particularly upset with the offense, we should have ran the ball a bit more but the offense was efficient for the most part once they got going. The dropped passes and idiotic Williams fumble was the reason we didn't have more points but the offense was not the reason we lost the game. The depth on the defensive line is poor and got worn down, and once our defense got on their heels they couldn't bounce back.

I'm not particularly concerned with the details though, I was sick of Garrett last year and I'm sick of him now, 34 games is more than enough of a sample size and I know what we have with him.
Fair enough, at least you're honest and fair, not sure what half or possible fourth of a football brain you have though, will let others weigh in.

We lost to the San Diego m'fn Chargers convincingly. No fluke miracle play, no crazy 6-INT game, no crazy breakout game...

...just dominated.

It doesn't matter....Rivers picked that D apart yesterday. Can you imagine what Manning is going to do to them?

It's OK because the Chargers with one of the worst defenses in the league is 'no joke'.

Because we never exploit teams' weaknesses.

Year after year after year, and it's the same shit. Ware failed to get the best of a backup tackle.....where have we seen that before? A defense ranked near the bottom somehow plays well against us.....that's never happens to us! :dunce

A team plays their backups on either side of the ball, and against Dallas they find ways to produce anyway. But let us miss a starter and all of a sudden we can't even function.

It is uncanny how we never ever seen to exploit a team's weakness or lack of health but yet other teams find ways to attack our weaknesses every time.

I think the CHargers just showed us that they are insulted by being called the AFC's Cowboys.

Exactly. :lol

Other teams trot out has beens and no ones and they give up one sack but yet keep the QB clean enough to pass for 450 yards.

We trot out Lord Saviour and Christ's brother Brian Waters and he has 2 holding penalties and gives up a sack.

Unless I'm mistaken while we had the lead (up until we lost it at 23-20) our run pass ratio was 17-15.

Then, we had a drive where we were running with success, where Ronald Leary turned a 2nd and 4 into a 2nd and 14. Jason Witten drops a pass that could have gotten us in FG range. And our defense falls apart once again. Suddenly we're down 30-21 with 7 minutes left and the geniuses of DCC want to run the ball more.

But everyone has tunnel vision about lolomgplaycalling without actually remembering what happened in game.
