First impression is that the states will be getting control of their own health care options without any repercussions from the Federal level if they so choose.. Some states already are the administrators of their health care and Medicare programs. It's an area I have paid little attention to because my involvement is only Medicare at the Federal level. I don't know what this is intended to do other the put the States in the driver seat if they so choose.

I was told by a person who attended the rally they were told to leave the signs in a designated area. Your second picture, specifically looks like that was by design, and leads me to believe the person was telling the truth. From my understanding, that isn't uncommon for those rallies at the capital. They do it, so litter isn't wide spread throughout the city.

But yeah lets bring up litter as a reason to hate on a peaceful rally, that did no harm, and potentially a lot of good.
