Zimmerman was a douche.
Most likely.

Your implication here was that Martin was a criminal.
Well, yes, when I said that I heard a report that the police did not find a record of a purchase of the tea or skittles at the convenience store Martin was at, I'm straight up saying that's evidence that he stole them.

WTF dude they have him on tape making the purchase and going by your logic what does that have to do with anything.

Please elaborate on where you heard this report from.

Here are a couple.
Ok.

How could Mr. Martin have grabbed for the gun and not left DNA on it?
DNA? Touching something doesn't leave DNA necessarily. You mean fingerprints?

Did Zimmerman say Martin grabbed the gun, or reached FOR the gun? One indicates he never might have actually had it in his hands.

How could he have even seen that tiny gun in Mr. Zimmerman’s waistband in the dark?
Possibly he could feel it through the clothes when he was on top of him.

Why would Mr. Zimmerman get out of the car and follow Mr. Martin if he was scared of him?
I don't believe Zimmerman was afraid of Martin at the time he was following him.

How could Mr. Martin have been punching Mr. Zimmerman, covering his mouth and reaching for his gun at the same time?
He could punch, then cover mouth when Zimmerman tried to yell, then feel gun and reach for it with other hand, in that order, or within a short amount of time. Its a scamble, it's not a clean, orderly situation.

And wouldn’t Mr. Zimmerman have suffered more grievous wounds to his head if Mr. Martin had slammed it against the pavement 25 times?

Not necessarily. Would it matter if it was 10 times or 25 times, anyway?

The biggest one for me was that the gun was on his back hip and inside his waistband how Martin see it and how did he get it away so cleanly to get that great of a shot off.
Again, possible that he felt it. And you don't have to get off a great shot when you are 6 inches away from someone.

Well, I stand corrected then, someone said on another board that there was a report that police found no record of a purchase of skittles at that convenient store.

Dude, really?

From my understanding that whole flap was this.

In other words, you got sucked. Just like those dumbasses on Facebook who believe Onion articles.

.
It would most definitely matter at minimum he would have had a concussion and most likely a fracture.

For you to say otherwise means you are just trying to be obtuse.

I am not even saying Zimmerman was not afraid for his life that's a totally eye of the beholder type thing, but any rational person can see he laid it on pretty thick.

Sounds like some people want to make a crime of following someone.

Felonious following FTW!

Had Zimmerman not followed him none of this would have happened. That much is fact, and no one can dispute it.
Yeah, and if Martin's mom hadn't let him leave the house that day it wouldn't have happened either. I'm sure if you change a million different things that happen that day, the out come would not have been the same. One man following another was by no means the direct cause of anyone's death.

No one said that, but continue exaggerating. He followed Martin for no other reason than he was racially profiling him.

That's a retarded analogy.

He had no reason to follow him.

I'm not sure why this matters? Following someone isn't illegal. Following someone does not cause their death. Was he a dumbass? Sure. But I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. One man following another did not cause a death.
