I just don't think we had the horses up front. Dlaw is underwhelming and with mincy, hardy, gregory, and Mclain out we are really short up front.
An excuse.

I guess Marinelli can only function when he has a kick ass pass rush?

Our coverages were primitive and made it easy as shit for Ryan to pick apart.

Find Julio.

Hell Weeden could drop 49 on the shit defense we peddled out there.

Marinelli's defenses are shit unless they force turnovers. They only do that when they are confident.

You saw a scared Marinelli D today and that is what you fucking get.

Run the ball, there is no "bait". It is man on man, no cute shit.

But I guess Garrett and Linehan just couldn't help themselves.

having weeden roll out was supposed to stupify the Falcons' into submission. like, easy TD, bro.

Clever stupid shit that had no place in the gameplan after we got a lead.

Correct.

The offense has zero blame in this collapse.

Hey, you had two 14 point leads, how dare you for not holding them both!
Agreed.

This loss is all on the defense.

3 INTs in one half by Kaepernick. All his fault.

2 pick six's and now Cardinals about to put another 3 points.

Shit. We might've had a better chance if we were down by 14 points at the half instead. At least we could've seen Weeden try to air it out.

Now, we're still left with this handcuffed offense.

Alan Ball defends a jump ball vs Jimmy Graham.

Then breaks up a pass vs Chris Matthews on the very next play.

Bizarro World.

Most annoying moment of these fantasy football commercials.

Draft Kings commercial where that dude in the gray T-shirt gives a Josh McDaniels fist pump.

The good news is the saints don't have a dynamic threat at the skill position so it should be an easier day at the office for the defense. 🎮

It was an inaccurate throw, but it was an inaccurate throw to a target that was going across his body and in a tight space.

In other words, whether the pass could've been completed is besides the point. The ball just never should have been thrown there because it is too risky a throw, especially at that point in the game.

Totally unnecessary to call that play at that time.
