No it did not.

Our only hope is that it's considered a tuck rule situation due to him getting hit as he threw.

If they call it a clean pass, then it will be ruled a lateral and Eagles ball.

As an aside, I never understood why players choose not to hustle to recover the ball on plays like that where it's 50/50 regarding a pass or fumble.

Dunbar made no attempt to recover the ball.
