The offensive line is good, but not as great as people think. They have two great players, Tyron Smith (left tackle) and Zach Martin (right guard). The other three are OK. They don't hurt you, but they're not great.
Frederick sucks?

Is this really going to be you for the rest of the week.

You pick the weirdest positions to defend.
I didn't bring up his production. Hang that on Duece. I made a comment that I thought Philly was saving Murray for this week and that is why I felt they limited his play. Am I not entitled to make an observation?

Watching Atlanta's OL, TE's, and QB it's clear they are significantly behind the Cowboys. Their WR's and RB's are ahead at this point however.

Cowboys need to find ways to attack deep, and I don't think they can count on Williams for this as he'll become more of the defense's focus.

At this point I'd double Witten and put one CB on Williams until he proves he can beat single coverage.

Romo will have to get creative and stay patient then. I'd make sure every back on the roster catches at least two passes. Even Klutts. When the defense is sick of being gauged from all the dinking and dunking, then you hit someone (anyone) deep.

So you think they didn't give there all against the Falcons?

I guess Chip Kelly is pretty unconventional so anything is possible. Most NFL teams don't sand bag it in any games with their players though.

The Falcons actually went after Maxwell. I'm not sure if it was because the Eagles were just leaving Maxwell on an island or what but it seemed like both White and Jones picked on him a lot in that Falcons game.

Bradford's right ankle looks slightly swollen and has extra tape on it. #Eagles

Quinn coached Maxwell for a couple years and didn't hesitate to go right after him. That's telling to me.

The schemes he was using fit the players he used. It was working pretty good for them in the game. Murray wasn't being used because Atlanta was stacked against him so he just wasn't used ant further. I think they decided to save him for the game with the Cowboys.

So they didn't use Murray because the defense focused on him too much? Why do you think that?

That would be like the Cowboys pulling Dez off the field because teams are doubling him. Isn't that sort of the point?

Actually the Cowboys did shift their schemes in the second half when their running game was rendered ineffective. They went with different sets and that is what eventually won the game for them. Philly went to a similar strategy and used backs as receivers. The were very close to winning the game but for a missed field goal.

So they went away from Murray because he wasn't good?

Funny how Murray never had a game like this last year. I guess defenses never focused on stopping him...

Dallas never stopped giving Murray the ball hence the over 400 touches.

Murray never had a game last year with so little touches.
