The Eagles ran that same play last week where they had the back on a flare, both WRs running slants and reserve TE Trey Burton going into the seam. Both guys were wide open both times and Sanchez missed both throws.

Schematically, the Eagles are getting guys open.

The Ravens look like they're shell shocked. Probably scared to play defense with all the flags that are being thrown against them.

Mayock talking about a stupid hold.

The big question about Julian Vandervelde has been can he anchor.

Huh? The lead in his ass had nothing to do with why he made that mistake. He pulled into his drop sloppy and bear hugged his guy to compensate.

Yeah, they are getting some hometown calls tonight for sure.

I rest easy knowing it won't be this easy for the Eagles once the season starts.

The fans can ooh and aah now because the Eagles offense looks very good in preseason but once the season starts teams will actually game plan for the uptempo and read-options.

Right now teams are only throwing vanilla defenses at them, trying to evaluate their own players and such.

I wouldn't be shocked if Kelly gameplans in the preseason. Just seems like it is in his nature.

These are not simple off tackle runs, slants, sluggos etc that he is throwing out there in the first two games. Some plays are calculated and fairly complex.

Meanwhile defensively, it freaks guys out because they aren't being prepared for the trickery.

At any rate, if I am the Ravens, I am very concerned at how bad Flacco and the Ravens offense looks.

They looked great running the ball, but Trestman is not known for being a run guy. Something just looks off.

Nice goal line stand by the Dolphins. That Dolphins front 4 is going to be hell to deal with this year.

Yeah, Flacco's been way off tonight. And I don't think they have the talent at the skill positions to compensate for Flacco having an off day.

They're one of the playoff teams from last year who I could see missing the playoffs this year but they always seem to find a way to win 9+ games.

The AFC just kind of seems really weak right now. I think the Patriots got worse. The Broncos have a year older Manning. The Colts basically did nothing to fix their pathetic defense. It's like the Ravens are in the hunt again by default.

They lean on their defense just like the Steelers. Thing is, I think they made a mistake dumping Ngata. I don't think Jernigan is anywhere close to being the type of player to do what he did. I know they couldn't afford him, but they also shouldn't be paying Flacco what they are for this kind of crap.

I think the Steelers pass defense is going to get shredded this year.

Look at Angry Piggy waltzing on the sidelines like a fat smug prick.

God, I hate the Eagles so effing bad. And he makes it a lot easier.

Seems to me he is doing that Spurrier did with the Redskins. All kinds of shock and awe in the preseason.
