This won't go ever well buuuuuuut I'm gonna go ahead and says it. I probably have more real coaching experience than anyone on this board. You internet wizards are a complete joke to guys who have been in the actual trenches and have dedicated their lives to the game. I'm not talking about me because I don't hold myself in that high of a regard. Still, I feel like a have a decent grasp on how it works in the real world because I've actually seen some of it with my own eyes. I don't consider that I am 5% of what these NFL guys are. Yet, we here at the DCC have internet football wizard who are so amazing that we can diagnose positions, skills and consult on what needs to be done from our computers at our regular jobs (that we obviously volunteer at since we really are NFL coaches in disguise).

Is there any chance thay mayyyyyybe the Collins situation had been internally evaluated by professionals?

I understand what you are saying but surely you'd agree that often there is lack of consensus between different team's staffs, or even among one team's staff.

I think it's reasonable that, maybe in the example of a guy like Weems, whatever coach likes him
might be relying on things he's seen in practice, but there might be other coaches who don't like him based on his poor play in games. Doesn't mean we, as fans, are wrong for predicting that he'll
never amount to anything based on what we see ourselves or what we hear reported.
