True, I just love Russell. And now it forces the Sixers to deal one of the bigs in the future (unless Embiid never gets healthy).
6ers will be ok. Okafor and Noel compliment each other nicely. Maybe they shouldn't have traded MCW cause that would be a nice core.
Russell was just a perfect fit and I think he'll be a superstar.

He is not enough of an athlete. Hou should have taken Jones or Grant.

No doubt. Okafor was consensus number 1 just a few months ago. He may have special offensive skills for a big.
It's a good problem to have I guess. Embiid supposedly has been wiping the floor with guys in practice. May have gone 1 overall if he was healthy. Noel was the same thing.
On top of that they have Saric.
Hard to see how it all fits without a trade.

He fits if they move Bradley cause he's an elite defender and slasher at the PG position. Thomas is a 6th man shooter.

I like what the Knicks are doing, they are going to suck for a while but they could have something to build on a few years from now. I like Okafor but I get the feeling that the Sixers are just kind of aimlessly acquiring "talent" without really trying to ever win, which stunts the growth of young players. They better start building a cohesive team and playing to win instead of just stockpiling players if they want this talent to ever turn into anything.
As for the Bulls, the Portis pick was money. He should've went around the mid to late teens and winning the SEC player of the year with Kentucky as stacked as they were is no joke. Now they need to move Taj or Noah for another wing.
