Brooklyn will send Mason Plumlee and Pat Connaughton to the Blazers for Hollis-Jefferson and Blake, league sources tell Yahoo.

I know they tried, but no f'n way they offered that much to move up just a few slots and that Charlotte would turn it down for Big Frank.

I can't believe there are a good number of idiots out there who think the NBA blackballed Aaron Harrison because of the comment he made about Kaminsky.

Wood is probably a first round talent but with a lot of red flags. Signed with Houston as a FA.

Around the league, executives believe the Lakers are pursuing space to offer free agent deals to LaMarcus Aldridge and DeAndre Jordan.

Two-time All-Star Anthony Davis agreed to a five-year, $145M extension with the Pelicans when free agency started early this morning. That deal would surpass Kobe Bryant's 7-year, $136M contract signed in 2004-05 as the richest in terms of total money in NBA history.

Sounds like Butler going back to Chicago is a foregone conclusion at this point.

As for Davis, that contract will surely be surpassed shortly once the cap starts to rise, and it looks like he's right on track to head back to his hometown sometime around 2020-21.
