We could panic and trade up for Kevin Johnson.

It could easily happen. There are a few teams even more desperate than Dallas for CBs (Pittsburgh for example) and they will just have to get ahead of them.

Never underestimate Jerry panic. It has been relatively subdued the last few years, but a guy doesn't change in just a year or two.

We rarely keep the pick we have anyways, so I can see this coming for sure.

I'm not a huge fan of Hunter but at least we are starting to bring in some DL for visits.

Another great LSU athlete who didn't do shit in college. Maybe someone you can develop but I think he will be drafted too high because of his athletic ability.

Yea, you could say the same about Brockers and I'm sure everybody here would love to have him starting on our DL right now. Like I said, I'm not really in love with Hunter at all, but if we trade down to around 40 and take him I wouldn't complain. He's already strong against the run, has an ideal frame for a 4-3 DE and has the raw athleticism that a guy like Marinelli could unlock. If we didn't have a guy like Marinelli coaching the defense I'd be more hesitant, but if he likes what he sees in him and thinks he can unlock his potential, I'm ok with it.

The fact that he's already strong against the run means he could give us some snaps as a strongside end right out of the gate, hopefully while he develops the rest of his game.

If accurate, I wouldn't take him. Special player, but out a good chunk of the season?

I'd rather have Gordon or the J-train anyway.

It's official, Ajayi has become the annual DCC Overates One Player a Year award winner.

Good back, but pump the breaks. In no world is he a better option than a healthy Gurley.

The problem is, Gurley isn't healthy and there's no guarantee even after he gets healthy he will stay that way. Ajayi is a complete back. Maybe the most complete in the draft. I think he's been underrated by the draftniks.

if hes there in the 2nd id love to have him. Do I think he's being overrated by the DCC? Yes. I'm starting to learn towards Tevin Coleman over him.

If he was some slam dunk complete back, he'd be a first round lock. And just because Gurley isn't healthy today doesn't mean he won't be when he needs to be.

Everyone better hope the organization abandons the idea of picking up Petersen because if they do a high draft choice for a RB will go by the wayside.

Has Gurley ever been healthy for a season? Everyone seems to forget injury prone is injury prone. The second that dude gets healthy he will get hurt again.
