Got to see all the academy award nominated short animations. Pixar's feast was the most fun. But Dam Keeper and The Big Picture in particular packed a surprising emotional punch.

I don't know enough young actors to say who would be good or bad in the role.

If they want to go real young, give Carl from TWD a haircut and make him Peter Parker.

Also, the Miles Morales thing will not work...not enough people know about him, needs to definitely be Peter Parker.

If it were just Marvel I could see them going for. They certainly don't seem averse to risks. Sony is going to want to play it a little more conservatively since this is their lone horse and they have final say

I like Boyhood a lot, but it really felt like watching people do normal people stuff. Apart from one line from Ethan Hawke, where he wants his kids to talk to him more, the entire script feels organic. Never really saw anything quite like that before.
