Holy fuck, he is blaming the coaches defensive gameplan for sucking out loud. Umm, Brandon, how do you explain the 31 other games you have acted as a ole master? You really should just STFU. Not a smart move at all.

Man, I really thought this would be the game that Doug Free would come back. A bit disappointed that it sounds like he will miss yet another week.

He hasn't practiced all week and has done nothing but conditional drills, so I wouldn't count on it.

We'll have to rely on help from Witten and Clutts. I really hoped Free could "Free" Witten as a WR, because he is a great matchup vs. Detroit.

If we manage to feed Witten, everything else will open up.

I expect Beasley to fill that role of passes across the middle/underneath.

I hope so, but it seems like whenever the TE gets the ball down the seem we win. The defense backs out of their over-balanced schemes and the Cowboys very balanced offense shreds them.

Crawford needs to get over the flu or whatever. Without him (and Melton) were are punchless with the interior rush.

Terrell McClain has looked good and more consistent of late.
He has looked better than he has, but he is not as good as Crawford, not by a long shot. Imagining Hayden and McClain as our inside starters makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

It's not been about talent this year as much as depth, youth, and hustle.

Josh Brent has been practicing...

They have not asked Witten to help out Parnell at all, why would they do that this week?

Parnell has been more than fine. its like you are making stuff up to worry about.

It's the playoffs, man. I think all of us are a little bit worried about all of it and beaten down by the team letting us down in the past. It's very understandable.

Caught the rewind of the Lions/Packers game and Suh was being handled by T.J. Lang and rookie C Corey Linsley with regularity. Even Bulaga got a few pancakes on stretch zones.

Yup.

I love our chances in this one, but you have to be the most optimistic fan in the world to not have been affected by this teams' recent history.

We all have that "what if" in the back of our minds. If we get past this game, though, I'm going full on homer from here on out because I'll feel like we're playing with house money at that point.
