Several sources reporting that Suh will likely win his appeal and have his suspension reduced to a large fine.

"More people I talk to more I get the sense this Suh suspension could end up being a huge fine instead on appeal. Decision could come today"

- Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora

Complete BS if this POS is allowed to play, IMO he should have gotten at least a 4 game ban given his history. If he plays, I hope Martin and co. go for his knees all game long.

That's bullshit.

How can you change your mind in one day? He can't present any possible evidence that would make a case.

It's bullshit.

They are saying it's because the NFL official statement to him didn't mention his past issues. So, pretty much if he wins his appeal it will be on a loophole.

I don't know why someone doesn't bring up the fact that he was jeopardizing Green Bays chances in the playoffs by this deliberate action. That should be severe enough to suspend him even if he didn't have a checkered past.

I know he's All World, but do you really want to deal with the shit show? Is he worth the hassle?
If language is written into his contract to limit the damage should he flame out. I too fear upsetting the chemistry this defense has worked hard to build, but the need up front is gigantic. Who wouldn't want a 1-technique who could be an unmovable mountain against the run and still penetrate vs. the pass?

If we made him 3-technique I wouldn't feel bad at all about making Crawford the LDE. Not at all.

Who is going to the game? I've never been to a Dallas Cowboys game before and I'm thinking of making the trip.
I feel like if for some reason we get a championship game at home, I'll be breaking out the credit card.

Well we can cry about it or we can just go out and win.

If we are serious about contending with the big boys of the NFC, then you go out and beat a team like Detroit.

Suh or no Suh.

I agree, but it's just nonsense that he has done this over and over in his career and this gets overturned.

I'd love to hear the reasoning behind it being overturned. These things never get overturned. A player intentionally doing something to harm another player doesn't seem like something an arbitrator should be able to step in and say he can't be suspended for.

Yeah, I'm watching Twitter and the news wires close, but the possible reason given before the announcement was that the NFL didn't include his past infractions in the official report. So, it couldn't be factored into the appeal. If that does turn out to be right it is nonsense and the appeals process is stupid.

They botched the whole reasoning for the suspension by failing to specifically mention the history he has.

But he also has had no issues this season, whereas Raiola had. In a way, they cannot punish him for the past, I guess.

He is also lucky he got Cottrell to hear the suspension. He's the guy who let Ed Reed off.

Derrick Brooks probably would have put the screws to him.
