With Aaron Rodgers' spectacular play, sexting scandal and suiting up for 2 other teams, is Favre's legacy damaged?

I remember popular sentiment was that Favre was Top 5 or 7 QBs of all-time. Now, I barely hear his name mentioned.

John Madden retired and no one wears Wranglers.

On the field Rodgers is Favre without the interceptions, so who needs Favre?

I think with the passing stats now most older QBs lose luster. Favre has some serious character flaws, so that contributes. I don't think the generation of today can really appreciate players like Aikman and Simms...players like that who stayed within the team concept. Hell, sometimes I look at Romo's stats now and am somewhat surprised by the lower yardage totals...and he is playing as well as ever.

You think Aikman and Simms are comparable? Not disagreeing, but first time I've seen this comment made.

I'm actually interested in watching some of the Vikings-Dolphins game.

Bridgewater looks like he's developing a nice chemistry with Charles Johnson.

I though Simms was more of a game manager than Aikman. Troy's final two games to end the 1992/93 season-- Phil Simms has nothing like that. I know he was an efficient 22/25 or whatever in the Superbowl, but Troy Aikman's superior arm showed in those games played against the toughest competition at the highest level.

Just makes sense on paper. Murray will play and Hilton likely won't.

I wish they weren't playing in a dome, but Dallas should be favored.

not sure if they broadcast the game, but 105.3 The Fan is on TuneIn and is the official radio station of the Cowboys.

I remember Texas Stadium having that huge crown on the field, knowing the on-field shadows of the Hole in the Roof and being on the shaded sideline out of the sun.

With Cowboys Stadium, there's the glare through the endzone doors.

Here's a question...why we suck at home?
I've answered it before, but I think our stadium is way too easy to pass in. Opposing passers face our talentless defense under ideal passing conditions.

:lol

Martellus Bennett was bitching about accountability and just had a pass bounce off his hands. Fraud.
