I don't see any way the Cowboys beat the Eagles and the Colts.

Seattle showed how to beat the Eagles tonight...stop the run, pressure Sanchez. The Dallas D can do neither.

The Colts barely squeaked by the Browns- Luck threw 53 passes and his RB's only had 50 yards rushing..... yet the Browns only sacked him 3 times.

That doesn't bode well for Dallas.

Amen. I would love nothing more than for us to go into Filthadelphia next weekend and kick the ever living snot out of them. Probably won't happen, but would be nice.
Yeah I would love nothing more than stick it to them.

Most likely though they beat us like rented mules again though.

It's a shame because they truly are frauds. Good teams usually put them in their place. But we are frauds too unfortunately.

I've never understood why roughing the punter is allowed because you blocked the punt. :lol

Okay, Punter. We get it that you got hit hard. But to be wrapped up over your uni is funny.

Decent defenses don't have trouble with them. They're a gimmick offense. Kelly is a great coach, because outside of McCoy and Maclin (and maybe Sproles), they really have little offensive talent. If you can get to their QB, you shut them down. Unfortunately, our pass rush is non-existent and our CBs can't cover for more than 2 seconds, so they will carve us up. Our only chance is for Sanchez to make mistakes and for our offense to physically dominate their DL at the line of scrimmage.

Ten times out of ten, that personal foul that Brady just got is uncalled if it's Romo back there instead.

We need to play disciplined and stop the run. Sanchez will beat himself if you can do that.

He looks pretty comfortable in that offense when he isn't pressured. He hasn't beaten himself yet.

It's interesting how differently players and teams are officiated. When you watch the Seahawks defense for example, they get away with a ton of illegal contact and defensive holding. Stuff that 10 times out of 10 our defenders get called for.

again, the NFL calls the hardness of the hit, not legality of it.

Yeah, watching that Eagles game today I couldn't believe how much shit the Seahawks corners and LBs were getting away with in coverage. Grabbing receivers, hitting them past 5 yards, on seemingly every other pass play. That's a big reason why they held them in check. I would like to see us at least try that next week. If they start calling it, then back off, but if they're going to let them play, it could be a big advantage.

This is pretty much how I look at it. They have a very good OL as well, but in terms of the skill positions they don't have much aside from the guys you mentioned. I wouldn't necessarily call it a gimmick but their offense is very simple and totally reliant on getting the run game going and giving the QB short, easy throws off that, with lots of screens.

Good defenses don't really have a problem stopping them and it's why I don't think they will go far in the playoffs, unfortunately we don't have a good defense. Hopefully this ridiculous special teams luck they've had stops soon too.

The problem with that is, we usually aren't anywhere near the pass catcher during the reception.

The Seahawks secondary can all cover. We have a secondary full of players who suck in coverage, so that's why we can't even hope for Sanchez to screw up.

We can't pressure and we can't cover, and that's a recipe for disaster against offenses like the Eagles'.

If we stop the run and Sanchez lights us up for 400 yds and 4 tds I can live with it. If our pass defense is that bad, we'll give up the same to the Colts and finish out of the playoffs. We may even lose to the Skins again.

Our D is what it is, but this game is on the offense. I know Philly does not care about TOL, but Sea held them to just 18 mins with the ball. We need to do the same thing.
