And this is where you lose all credibility because if you actually research presidential history nothing he has done is without precedent.
I lose no credibility. There has never been a black president so there has never been one to say someone who got shot that was black could have been his son. No president has brought race to the fore like he has and I don't mean that in a good way.
No president has had his congress ram through a law that affected a sixth of the economy like he did without a single vote from the other party and opposed by a majority of the citizens of the country as well. This one is getting worse BTW.
No president has passed an executive order of this magnitude that congress opposed or wasn't already working on to make a legitimate law.
NO president has treated our allies as poorly as this one has while inviting terrorists and radicals into the White House giving them some legitimacy by doing so.

There's more firsts for this president, but I'm betting these are not bad things in your eyes. So yes, some things he has done are without precedent.

Look at how old forts is. You think he was a huge fan of southern white man Clinton? He's a Republican, not a racist.

I do think it's funny that Democrats suddenly don't like government abuse of power. I remember when they defended government actions in Waco and at Ruby Ridge.

I thought both were air guns. One has a cylinder for pressure and another you pump manually to achieve pressure.
Technically a pellet gun is a type of air gun. However not all air guns are pellet guns. I was just curious because a pellet gun can legitimately kill small animals. A pellet gun for example can kill birds. It does some damage. An airsoft gun on the other hand is a toy. Single pump bb guns are toys. Even the Co2 BB guns won't do any damage. We use to shoot each other with those for fun.

You're acting like he's never criticized a president before.
No I am not, I am acting like he clouds everything this presidents does as some evil conspiracy so its hard to have a rational discussion.

Maybe he does this with all democrats either way it shows a certain level of paranoia.

Who said anything about illegal? You said nothing he has done is without precedent. Obamacare has no precedent.

Oh, and if there was something said about illegal before your posts, I didn't read any of those posts. I was just replying to yours.

Thanks Clay, but I really don't wanna be classified as a republican either. Conservative yes. I criticize any politician I believe isn't acting in the country's best interest or behaving in a manner I believe is either illegal, immoral or flat out wrong for the country. Granted it is only my opinion but in the end, that and my vote is the only means I have to change things. I think Clinton was a liar, a philanderer and did tons I didn't like, but he at least was able to work with an opposing congress and get some good things done. He truly benefited from having come behind Reagan. Bush 41 was a wasted 4 year term. But I think Clinton would be cool to hang with (unless you have a hot wife!).

I'm glad to have rational conversations And there's no clouding anything. I view all democrats that behave as he, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelozi and those like them that behave as they do with clear eyes. They are liars, cheats and the path they have put this country on and the way they did it is scary. That was not how congress was meant to be run. Find me the Democrats that supported things that were good for the country rather than party and the Republicans that feel the same, those are folks I can support regardless their party. I am anti-abortion, pro-USA, support Israel, and against terrorism, and believe in the rule of law. I want the government to tax me appropriately for the things it is supposed to do, not what it has become. These are a few of my basic values that I subscribe to. D or R that supports those things has a chance to garner my support. But there are no Dems that support those things are there?

I gave you examples of what this president has done and rather than reply to those you tell me I have lost ALL credibility. You may think I have none on this issue, but I assure you, I have credibility in droves. The examples I gave are all documented, your opinion of the examples may differ, but again, documentation. I never even mentioned Fast and Furious and Benghazi because while all the details aren't out yet, I still believe he had a hand in this and didn't handle it well (but that is opinion, not fact yet).

St. Louis prosecutor McCulloch says he knew ‘Witness 40′ lied to Ferguson grand jury
Arturo Garcia ARTURO GARCIA
19 DEC 2014 AT 18:25 ET

St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch said on Friday that he let witnesses who were lying testify before the grand jury that chose not to indict a Ferguson, Missouri police officer for shooting and killing 18-year-old Michael Brown, Buzzfeed reported.

“There were people who came in and, yes, absolutely lied under oath,” McCulloch told KTRS-AM host McGraw Milhaven. “Some lied to the FBI. Even though they’re not under oath, that’s another potential offense — a federal offense. I thought it was much more important to present the entire picture.”

McCulloch explained that he decided to let “anyone who claimed to have witnessed anything” testify before the jurors, out of the belief that he would be criticized no matter how he approached the possible prosecution of Officer Darren Wilson, who Brown following a confrontation this past August.

He also admitted that the testimony of “Witness 40,” identified in a grand jury transcript as 45-year-old Sandra McElroy, lacked credibility.

“This lady clearly wasn’t present when this occurred,” McCulloch said. “She recounted a statement that was right out of the newspaper about Wilson’s actions, and right down the line with Wilson’s actions. Even though I’m sure she was nowhere near the place.”

Buzzfeed reported that there was no indication that McCulloch’s office instructed the grand jury to consider the credibility of any specific witness. His office has already been criticized for not immediately telling the jurors that a state statute giving officers more leeway on use of deadly force had been found unconstitutional. McCulloch himself has also been accused of being biased toward police.

According to the Associated Press, the interview aired amid a demand by state Rep. Karla May (D) that McCulloch be investigated by a bipartisan committee of state lawmakers.

The committee is already looking into why Gov. Jay Nixon (D) did not send the National Guard into Ferguson on Nov. 24 to help stop unrest and property damage in the city immediately following McCulloch’s announcement that Wilson would not be brought to trial.

“Many St. Louis-area residents believe — and there is at least some evidence to suggest — that Mr. McCulloch manipulated the grand jury process from the beginning to ensure that Officer Wilson would not be indicted,” May said in a letter to the committee’s chairperson, state Sen. Kurt Schaefer (R).

Brown’s death sparked demonstrations accusing police of regularly using excessive force. The protests intensified last month, after the jury decided not to indict Wilson, and took on more momentum after another grand jury in Staten Island, New York, declined to charge NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the choking death of Eric Garner.

“If I didn’t put those witnesses on, then we’d be discussing now why I didn’t put those witnesses on,” McCulloch said on Friday. “Even though their statements were not accurate. So my determination was to put everybody on and let the grand jurors assess their credibility, which they did.”

New information reveals 'Witness 40' may have lied during her grand jury testimony
Dec 16th 2014 12:35PM

By ISABELLE CHAPMAN

New information has revealed that Sandra McElroy, 45, a witness who supported Officer Darren Wilson's version of the events that led to the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, has a criminal history and has been known to make racist remarks, according to grand jury documents.

McElroy was known as "Witness 40" during the grand jury case, when she claimed she had seen Michael Brown charge Officer Darren Wilson on August 9. According to CNN, prosecutors had questioned whether she had been in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day of Brown's death, though she testified that she had been in a car near the scene of the crime when Brown had run toward Officer Wilson with his head down "like a football tackle, like he was going to tackle the officer."

Officer Wilson's testimony matched McElroy's, though most other witnesses said that Brown "stumbled" toward Wilson, or that he took "two or three steps forward." However, Witness 48 also used the word "charge" to describe what Michael Brown did after he was shot by Officer Wilson for the first time, according to grand jury documents.

In the grand jury documents, it is also revealed that McElroy was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1985, though she has not been treated for her mental illness since 1988. She also mentioned that she was in Ferguson on the day of Brown's killing because she sometimes likes to "have coffee and ... strike up a conversation with an African American and I will try to talk to them because I'm trying to understand more." Before she clarifies that she has "feelings that others consider to be racist ... I believe that I made very racist remarks that can be very offensive to others of other races."

According to The Smoking Gun, McElroy is divorced, has three daughters and two sons, and her legal history includes a variety of civil lawsuits, and an arrest in 2007 on two felony bad check charges.

She claims to struggle with a faulty memory since she was seriously injured in a car accident in 2001, according to grand jury documents.

Before McElroy claimed to have information about Michael Brown's case, the mother of five also claimed to have involvement with a case of a boy who had been rescued after four years in captivity in 2007. According to the Smoking Gun, these claims were dismissed by police as a "complete fabrication."

McElroy's online presence perhaps only lessens her credibility as a reliable witness in the Brown case. McElroy has taken to airing out her feelings of racism on the Internet.

According to grand jury documents, McElroy had posted a comment online on August 9, declaring, "They need to kill the f---ing n-----s. It is like an ape fest. It is just not right." (AOL has redacted the actual words here, though McElroy used them in full.)

More than a month after this post and the killing of Michael Brown, McElroy went to the police with her information, according to The Smoking Gun.

According to the Daily Mail, just two days later after her first conversation about the Brown killing with law enforcement, McElroy had gone on a pro-Wilson Facebook page and posted a graphic image of a dead Michael Brown lying in the street and accompanied the photo with text that read: "Michael Brown already received justice. So please, stop asking for it.

Gunman kills self after 2 NYPD cops shot dead ‘execution style’ as ‘revenge’ for Garner
By Larry Celona, Kevin Fasick and Jamie SchramDecember 20, 2014 | 4:07pm

Two uniformed NYPD officers were shot dead Saturday afternoon as they sat in their marked police car on a Brooklyn street corner — in what investigators believe was a crazed gunman’s execution-style mission to avenge Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

“It’s an execution,” one law enforcement source said of the 3 p.m. shooting of the two officers, whose names were being withheld pending family notification of their deaths.

The tragic heroes were working overtime as part of an anti-terrorism drill when they were shot point-blank in their heads by the lone gunman, who approached them on foot from the sidewalk at the corner of Myrtle and Tompkins avenues in Bed-Stuy.

“I’m Putting Wings on Pigs Today,” a person believed to be the gunman wrote on Instagram in a message posted just three hours before the officers were shot through their front passenger window.

The post included an image of silver automatic handgun with a wooden handle. Another post showed camouflage pants and blue sneakers which matched the clothing the dead gunman was wearing as his body was carried from the scene on a stretcher.

“They Take 1 Of Ours … Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” the post continued, signing off with, “This May Be My Final Post.”

The gunman was a fugitive who had just murdered his girlfriend in Baltimore Saturday morning, sources told The Post.
Minutes after shooting the two officers, he, too, was dead.

He fled to a nearby subway station, the G-train station at Myrtle and Willoughby avenues, where, as pursuing cops closed in, he shot himself on a crowded platform, sources told The Post.

“They engaged the guy and he did himself,” one investigator said of the gunman’s demise.
Both shooting scenes — above and below ground — were scenes of blood and terror.

“I heard shooting, — four or five shots,” ear-witness Derrick McKie, 49, told The Post of the cops’ tragic murder. “It sounded like from a single gun,” he said. Ambulances and police cars rushed to the scene, he said.

“I seen them putting the cop in the ambulance. He looked messed up,” McKie, a barber, added. “He took a high caliber weapon to the face. He was lifeless…I couldn’t see where the holes was that, all I could see was blood. His body was lifeless.”

Modal Trigg Carmen Jimenez, 32, a social worker from Bedford-Stuyvesant, was on the subway platform when the gunman ran inside, pursued by officers.

“Everything happened so quick,” said Jimenez, who is eight months pregnant. “We were standing waiting for the G train. We heard arguing from the other end of the platform.
It looked like two cops came in there was lots of yelling and they said, ‘Everybody get down.’

“We tried to get out of there, and there was a lot of shouting, people were screaming, people were trying to run.

“I threw myself on the floor. I was afraid for my life and afraid for my baby.”

So this is what the rhetoric Obama, DeBlasio and all the politicians who talked and acted just like them have wrought. I hope they are happy because what they've done with all the police have a racism problem talk is putting a target on police officers. It won't happen all over, but in the places where the left control (generally the big cities) police better be careful.
Thanks for posting this JS, I've been driving all day myself and just saw this a bit ago.
