I would not be surprised to see Gruden fired after the season. While I agree with the benching of RG3 I think he handled it poorly. He is contributing to the dysfunction by airing their shit out.

I think he handled it just fine. A coach shouldn't have to apologize for player criticism. The whole universe can see how poorly he was playing so what can a criticism from the coach hurt. If the rest of the team players have such a brittle mental makeup they should find another game.
