And when Gabe Jackson is a better guard next year, we can still hug our teddy bears at night knowing that Martin is versatile.

I would have taken Manziel and if we didn't go QB, Pryor. A stud safety would make a worlds difference to this defense.
Look, I get the idea about Manziel, but you make no sense saying you hate the Martin pick but want JF.

It is a good, smart pick...no doubt I wanted Manziel though. I mean this is the type of draft strategy we've been begging for, so I appreciate that.
And it has been happening since Garrett got involved. He wins again.

Wow, that's a bit of a surprise on a trade up.

Had to move ahead of Philly I guess. Similiar to Jackson.

Well thankfully we have a Doug Free like talent to replace Doug Free next year :tehj
Getting ahead of myself I know buy we actually have cap room next year and there are a couple of decent Guards available, including Mike Iupati who we loved in the draft a few years ago.

Yep if you couldn't see on the warroom cam that Garrett was the reason for the tradedown last year then I don't know what to tell you
