I read the didn't know if they'd add a Negan character because he was too horrible. I'm not sure but it seems likely that Terminus is full of maniacs or cannibals. That was weird they could just walk in on a lady who wasn't even looking towards them.

Agreed.

It's just way too easy to walk in and regardless of how welcoming a place may be, there still has to be some level of security. I have a feeling that this place is going to be similar to the farm from TWD video game.
