Surrounded by teams with 2, 3, and 4 losses.

Somehow they are right at the top though.

Carolina, who has beaten Duke, as well as Michigan State, Kentucky, and Louisville, has an identical record and sits at 14.

Which is where Duke should be if they weren't overrated every single year. Even with their inflated tournament seeds, they usually bow out by the sweet 16, so it's not all bad. We get a lot of laughs.

I don't even remember a year that Duke wasn't in the top 10 preseason rankings, even after getting smashed in the 1st or 2nd round of the NCAA's.
In '12 Duke gets beat by Lehigh in the first round(smirk), loses 3 of their top scorers, and at the beginning of '13...Duke is preseason #6. Its beyond laughable.

Maryland has been completely horrific this year but at least they went out of the ACC with a win over a top 5 team. They've also been pretty decent as of late with a couple of 2 point losses to Duke/Syracuse and now this win, so hopefully they aren't a complete shit show next year.

I'm surprised Oklahoma went out in round 1 of the Big XII tourney. Fell behind Baylor by 21 in the 1st half and made a run but ended up losing by 5.

I think we end up with a 5 or 6 seed thanks to that early exit. If we could have won a couple of games I think they'd have been a 3 or 4 seed.

Two sneaky teams to watch in the tourney....Baylor and Okie St. Both teams looked very good down the stretch of the season. Okie St's last 3 losses all came in OT.
