The Cowboys are on pace to start playing in Europe.

Only the ratings will save them.

Bland getting both ankles broke? YEAH!!!

I knew Harrison would embarrass these guys somehow.

I don't think that was idiotic. These are the types of decisions that having an atrocious defense forces you to make.
Agreed.

I just think they should have run it or considered a QB option on that 3rd down if Schotty had already made up his mind to go for it on 4th down if they didn't convert.

On the opening drive of a game at home against a so-so team I think it was idiotic and gave Arizona some juice after their defense looked completely listless on that opening drive.

I get it in theory but I don't think that was the right spot given it was the opening drive, at home, etc.

4th and 1 or 2, sure, but 4th and 4 is really pushing it unnecessarily.

If we couldn't get over that stop against a 2-5 team, then that means we ain't shit.

Breaking news -- this team ain't shit.

Sure, that's not why they lost, but I think it was a stupid decision and part of a laundry list of mistakes/poor decisions.

Schotty isn't really folksy, though. He's more of a slightly douchey (visor, joggers, talking unprompted about his tattoos) overly Dale Carnegie guy.

Just saying. :unsure

We left a lot of points on the board. Just a piss poor performance.
Yea in a vacuum it wasn't a horrendous decision but I thought it was very questionable at the time, add it on to the other sloppy and listless play and it was a pretty terrible coaching job.

Nah I get it. You can't kick FGs with this defense unless you absolutely have to.

I could be wrong, but feels like this was our most vanilla offensive gameplan with least amount of misdirection, tempo, playaction.

Just a lot of Garrett-era, fuck it snap the ball and you’re on your own QB1
