Obviously we don't have any great individual rushers, but I think part of it is that Eberflus has them being kind of cautious off the ball, especially with QBs who can run. Which these days seems like most of the league.
Some coaches like Quinn have you play the run on the way to the QB. Eberflus is the opposite. When asked about his philosophy, he says it's, "Stop the run and take the ball away." A lot of coaches start with pressuring and hitting the quarterback.
