That pass by Rentzl is what we always hoped Dez could do.

He's still the fastest player I've ever seen in pads.

The insane acceleration when he gets to about the 35 or so in order to get to the sideline is just unreal.

And even more impressive is how if you watch all of his return TDs, very rarely does he run full speed the entire way.

He was so fast that he could just take his foot off the pedal with 30 or so yards to spare every time.

Yeah it doesn't even look like he is running that hard.

Dude, it was crazy how he would outrun everyone without much effort.

Look at his TDs here:

On the punt return, he stops running full speed once he gets to the sideline and yet still scores despite running half speed at about the 50.

Then on the INT, he runs past everyone by the time he gets to the opposing 40 and just coasts from there. :lol

I wish just for one day I could feel what it was like to possess that sort of athleticism.

All I see are two traitors.
I don't see either of these guys as traitors. Emmitt was released because Parcells wanted to go younger. He didn't choose to leave Dallas. Certainly not like Tony Dorsett, who was pissy and demanded a trade.

Jerry Rice was also released with the emergence of Terrell Owens.

Should they have just retired to avoid the traitor label? They both made a lot of money and were productive with their new teams. Not up to their usual standards, sure. But they weren't washed up dogshit that hung on too long, either.

It’s especially weird because they are wearing similar colors of the rival. Emmitt wearing similar to 49er red and Rice in similar Cowboys blue
