Well if your adjustment is to play predominantly in dime sets, then yeah, you need them all.
I mean, a legit (though not great) strategy could be to flood the coverage and make GB run the football because it is always favorable to do so. And if they still score most of the time, it will in theory take longer and you've got Dak and a pick-laden OL to lead the counter-scoring.
Romo picked apart the Browns when they tried this defensive strategy opening day in 2008, but it slowed Dallas down to 'only' scoring four touchdowns when they truly outmatched the Browns in every way. Romo still had a pick on 24/32 attempts, but he averaged 10 YPA and a 75% completion percentage. Will Love be that patient/accurate?
