The retractable roof will help them host a Super Bowl.

I'd guess that every stadium except for Green Bay will either be a straight dome or have a retractable roof within about 20 years.

Green Bay never will because of their history and the fact that there is almost no chance that there will ever be a Super Bowl there even with a roof.

I wonder if it's going to affect scoring a lot. Between getting the ball potentially at the 35 if you end zone it, and kickers generally making longer kicks on a regular basis, if you start on the 35 you might only need 20 or 25 yards to get into FG range at that point.
Sort of a weird thought, but I almost wonder if you aren't better off having your punter kick off. I'm assuming most of them are the backup kickoff option for teams. They probably can't get the ball all the way to the endzone. So if they can consistently hit like the 10 yard line that feels like a win. Regardless it feels like such a bad penalty to kick the ball in the endzone.

What's wrong with the old Steve Wallace/Mark Kelso helmets? They looked much better. These fucks look like they're wearing a painted marshmallow on their head.
Exactly. I don't see how these are so much uglier and more stupid looking than those from 30 years ago.

To be fair, it makes sense.

He wouldn't be seeing the field for years and obviously that's not that sort of situation he or any other rookie QB with hopes of being a starter would find ideal.

Well gee, Jordan Love wouldn't be the Packers' starting qb today if he copped that attitude. Sanders isn't good enough to dictate terms like that.

Yeah, but Rodgers was older.

Unless he gets hurt, Jackson is going to start for at least the next 5 years.
