He was hit dead on in the chest, one shot, and just crumpled. Witnesses describe a lot of blood. I'd be shocked if he survives.
Apparently a suspect is in custody.

As someone who has viewed the unedited video it looks like it was the neck and yeah the amount of blood that came out would make it shocking to me if he survived.

Some eyewitness who was close to Charlie says he thinks the shot came from a long gun at distance and that nothing was found on the alleged perp.
