700 million transformation plan by the way.
Not sure if that included remodeling costs but wow.

Damn right.@Cotton can head it up.
Hadn't even known that they did kind of get hard into the supporting the LGBTQ community. Not that it actually matters but I also don't think if I were running a company like this that I'd throw my hat in that ring. They had a ridiculous "celebration" of the rebrand in NYC with a bunch of LGBTQ types.
Obviously didn't care one bit about what their customer base thought.
No. That must be a regional thing. Its what northerners call Chicken Fried Steak.
I've seen it called that in Illinois and east. When I say northerners I consider them to be east of the Dakotas.No. That must be a regional thing.
I’m about as north as you can get and it’s still called chicken fried steak all across the upper Midwest.
Oh, ok.I've seen it called that in Illinois and east. When I say northerners I consider them to be east of the Dakotas.
Yeah the problem with Cracker Barrel isn’t there logo, it’s that they have shitty people working for them, and that as good ol fashioned country food, they need to make it taste good and have large portions and stop worrying about keeping their prices super duper low. I always seem billboards for Cracker Barrel - “$5.99 breakfast!” Like, who expects to pay $5.99 for breakfast anymore? As a matter of fact my wife and I went there a few weeks ago for breakfast for the first time in probably 10+ years and it was horrible. Who can fuck up a country fried steak like that? The gravy reminded me of the stuff we'd get served on deployment.
The problem is the corporate pressure by lenders. There’s that one institution that makes borrowing harder for companies if they don’t kowtow to the agenda which is almost always leftist. It’s why every company ends up doing this shit.Hadn't even known that they did kind of get hard into the supporting the LGBTQ community. Not that it actually matters but I also don't think if I were running a company like this that I'd throw my hat in that ring.
In 2023, the "Old Country Store" celebrated Pride by unveiling rainbow-colored rocking chairs. Cracker Barrel sponsored the Nashville Pride Parade in 2024.
It's just like the modern Dems themselves: they always think their problem is "branding" and marketing when the real problem is that the substance of what they're selling is garbage.Yeah the problem with Cracker Barrel isn’t there logo, it’s that they have shitty people working for them, and that as good ol fashioned country food, they need to make it taste good and have large portions and stop worrying about keeping their prices super duper low. They need to re brand as getting a fuckton of country home cooking for a reasonable price. That would make me want to go.
Yep, probably someone worse like the AOC type.Just gonna be replaced by some other nut.
