Holden's college career seems pretty non-descript (and peppered with "incidents").

I shall reserve my enthusiasm accordingly.
Not sure if I have enthusiasm for Holden necessarily. But the other guys have been pretty disappointing to me. Below Lamb and Pickens I'm still waiting for anyone to even sort of impress me.

We need to see if Holden can play special teams at all. He'd have to do that to have a spot on the team, I'd think.

Yeah I think this is why we stock the roster with receivers that all seem to have similar skill sets. Most are 6'1"-6'2" and can play some sort of special teams. Given Holden's size I'm guessing he can learn to play special teams just like most of these guys.

I need to see more from all these guys though. Without watching the misses by Milton at the end of the day no receiver had more than 2 catches last night. Holden just happened to have the biggest catch where he caught the ball between the cover two zone. I know Milton missed a similarly open guy early in the game by a mile. It's not the receivers fault when Milton is throwing like that.

On a side note with Milton he seemed to get a much better comfort level when we ran more of a hurry up and got him on the move more. I don't know if they were intentionally holding that stuff back or if it was sort of, let's work on what you're not good at. Either way the first half was really painful to watch.

Did the fat boy from UCLA play and if so, did anyone notice how did he looked against the run? I see they ran for almost 200 so I assume, not well.

Hunter and Currum both averaged 3.6 and 3.7 ypc. We really weren't bad against the run until the fourth quarter when Schrader lit us up.

Yeah, it was ugly at times with Toia but I suspect he was exhausted near the end. Not used to that many snaps against this kind of competion.

But it's clear that we're screwed at NT at least early. Gonna be ugly against Philly.
