Generational wealth may be a little bit of an overstatement. The guy was a backup in the NFL for awhile. Not sure his career earnings were that high.

It's great money don't get me wrong but after taxes how much of that is left. Then living expenses. I doubt he was spending like average Joe. And after his career did he get a real job. I know he played in loke the CFL as a practice squad guy. My guess is most of that money is gone. Either way it's sad to say but I wouldn't define that as generational wealth.

Maybe not generational but definitely enough to keep him well taken care of and potentially pass on a bit. Over the cap has his lifetime earnings at 6.2 million

Most people will never ever crack a million in total lifetime earnings much less get that, or even a fraction of that, in six years before the age of thirty.

Definitely enough for "Fuck You" money if you don't spend like a retard and invest.

"These shades will also complement the color white, which is a mainstay within the 49ers uniform".

Uhhhh, it's a mainstay in EVERY uniform, pretty much in every league. :dunce

People retire on waaaaaaay less.
It's certainly a lot of money for a guy who was basically never a good NFL LBer. Just a backup.

It is definitely enough money to retire on if you're not an idiot. But generational wealth to me at least is the kind of wealth that means your kids don't have to work a day in their lives either. I still don't know that'd I'd consider it generational wealth. Not in the current world were mediocre homes cost over a million dollars.

It's funny as a kid I used to think you were filthy rich if you had a million dollars. Now that really just means you own your home without a mortgage.

As atrocious as this is, I have no doubt Nike has something like this in store. And worse.

Don‘t they do the NBA too? There is tacky shit like this with their jerseys.
Yes, thanks to them I can happen across a random NBA game and have no idea who the teams are. Not only are the unis ugly as all hell, they don't even use team colors.

Or I could just post this:

I have little doubt he will bust out of the league within the next three years.

His proposed UFL side gig may end up being his main gig pretty soon.
