They are saying no DT in the draft beyond a certain level would be better than Thomas, so we’re going to see every pet cat project our coaches have dreamed up.

I mean maybe not but Justin Rodgers right now is registering significant snaps. You can't find a guy to add to that DT room?

Or even Phil Mafah. But I doubt he gets drafted. He'd be a priority FA for me.
I mean I'm assuming Martinez is gone, he would be my favorite choice. Tahj Brooks, Allen, Monangai could all eat up carries as well. I like Brashard Smith but he kind of a Blue clone. Of course the 49ers use those types in all homes of ways. I just don't think we would.

Croskey-Merritt would be a fun pick too. I think he is going to be a late round RB that most don't know who suddenly becomes a big piece to a teams offense.
