WTF? College football is in free fall.
 
Also, @Cotton @Rev, has Tech ever had "Red Raiders" on the front of the jersey like in that pic above? I kinda like it.

Yeah it is just turning unrecognizable.

I am all for the portal, but there needs to be some sort of structure. Limit it to a window or something. This creates stupid movement.

This part for sure.

The last few years I've seen players play in their team's spring games in April then transfer shortly thereafter.

Ryan Day just lost multiple players and his top two coaches in the span of a week. Apparently, that $41M payroll was only a one year deal.

Given the lawless nature of modern day CFB, I could seem them restocking and reloading before next season kicks off.

Hell, these current day players are jumping teams as late as May. That's why Matt Rhule was threatening to cancel Nebraska's Spring game. Because other teams get a free look at his players and will attempt to poach them afterward.
