It's funny and all.

But there is always a part of me that also finds this stuff sad. Probably just because I'm a lawyer. You work sort of your whole life for your bar license and then to get the honor of being a judge in this case. And you kind of throw it all away on some drunken bender. I know nothing of this particular judge but I've known attorney's that let the stress get to them and they go off the rails in a number of ways. It's always sad to me.

So first of all I am all about States having the power to govern themselves. They should be able to decide these issues.

But it also makes me wonder what a homeless person does. They have to sleep somewhere. If there is no homeless shelter or it's full, what do you do? If it's illegal to sleep on a bench at the park or whatever. I do have a heart and someone with no money or possessions has to have somewhere to go.

I agree to a point, but the homeless illegals took over about a third of Boston's airport. Where is that line?

Yeah, I don't think this is about a few guys sleeping on a park bench. It's about those massive tent camps that are ridden with drugs, among other things.
