They set up arguments on literally every subject just to fill airtime and generate clicks. Pathetic.

Man.... Being a Buffalo fan is just brutal.

You have to be sadistic or just have an insane amount of love for a sports team that I can't comprehend in order to keep on supporting something like that.

I know being a Cowboys fan has been pretty miserable the last 25+ years, but all of us here at least lived through amazing times with this team before.

Some of you are old enough to have witnessed two amazing runs (70s and 90s).

But to continue to support a team that has literally given you nothing but excruciating failure?

Fuck that.
It’s probably tougher to be a Bills fan because their GM and management are TRYING to get the team over the hump by investing in players and doing what’s necessary but just can’t catch a break or drum up some luck.
Cowboys-we have no idea if going all in or not gets us over the hump because PT and Dorko cling to a flawed ideology of building an NFL team, won’t spend money on real FAs and are terrible football guys on top of it. You’ll get the “Jones version” of an NFL team and fucking Iike it!

Buffalo needs a new coach. I’d suggest that Lions OC or someone who can work with Allen and maximize his talent. McDermott is a good coach, and deserves to be hired elsewhere, but the team has stagnated with him and they need an offensive guru who can restore Allen and take him to the next level.

Kansas City deserved to win the game but Allen deserves little to no blame. The only thing that really stands out were the back to back plays late in the 4th where he should've thrown a pick 6 on one play if not for a KC DB batting away a ball that was going to hit another KC DB right between the numbers, and then the very next play he fumbled for what should've been a scoop/score but Kincaid barely knocked it away at the last second as the KC player was gathering it.

That was Buffalo's last drive where they ended up missing the FG, and either of those plays would've been game-enders about 80% of the time, but he got very lucky.

Aside from that he was almost flawless.
He played fine. Dinked and dunked all game. Took what KC gave him. Had some deep balls that his WR's didn't make plays on. It happens. He did have them driving late. They were in the driver's seat, in FG range and the drive just stalled badly. That's on him.

He's a very good QB who hasn't won shit yet. Honestly, I get not wanting to rum him in the regular season too much, but come the playoffs I'd run him all day long. Nobody can stop it and they'd be much better for it. His bigger than most of the guys trying to tackle him anyhow because he runs past the dlineman. It's the playoffs so empty that tank.

Is it me or does Diggs seem to disappear in big games? I've watched more than a handful of Bills games this year and several times I forgot he was even playing.
Not you. Every playoff game they lose he doesn't do shit. Could be the QB, too. I don't think many guys were open down the field yesterday that's why he checked down so much, but when they were open there were a few drops or balls that should've been caught.

Here's the issue. Josh Allen is a very, very good QB. He's just not better than Mahomes. Not many are. Unfortunately, he's going to have to beat him at some point in the playoffs or hope someone else does.

He's fallen way, way off from what he was with Minnesota and early in his Bills time. He's just not that good anymore. Father Time strikes again.

No more "half the distance to the goal line" penalties. If you're at the 8 and your guy holds, place the ball at the 1, not the 4.
Let me add penalty yardage enforced on the kickoff. Relevant before the kickoff was neutered.

I’d rather see the penalty yardage enforced after the kickoff return. 5-yard penalty now is 20-yard LOS touchback, even as punitive as a KO return TD is put at opponents 5-yard line.

Yeah but they want to destroy the kickoff. If you did that it might encourage more of them. Can't have that.

Who says the defense made a play?

If an offensive player drops the ball completely on his own with no defenders around and it goes through the end zone and out of bounds, the defense should be rewarded for doing absolutely nothing?

I'd be more on board if they changed it to if it goes out of bounds anywhere on the field it changes possession (although I don't prefer it this way). It makes no sense to treat the end zone out of bounds differently than the entire rest of the field.
Like DeSean Jackson or Leon Lett?

I'm ok with punishing dumb, too.

I agree with this. But, Mahomes has a lot of WTF moments too when he’s playing. Last night he had some throws that if you only saw the throws and not the uniforms you’d wonder if it was Dak or Hurts or whoever playing QB.
The difference is Mahomes will follow up shit like that with big clutch plays when his team absolutely needs it. He also benefits from a coach who believes in having 2-3 RBs on the team who can run over, around, or away from the defense which does take pressure off Mahomes to do everything.
I think if Dak had a running game like KC, he’d instantly go up a notch or two in how he plays the game.

Um, more like those spares at RB are made by Mahomes. That whole team is. That's what happens when you have an all time great at QB.
