Bills new stadium:

The deal saw New York forking over $600 million in public funding, while Erie County pitched in $250 million. $850 million is the largest public commitment for the construction of an NFL facility

The Bills agreed to pay $690 million toward the project…to help finance the Pegulas’ portion of the stadium project, the Bills will charge for “personal seat licenses,”

To soften the sticker shock to taxpayers, Hochul announced she’d use a state windfall to help finance the project: the bulk of a $546 million payment New York obtained from the Seneca Nation, related to a disputed 2002 compact requiring the Nation, which operates casinos in Western New York, to share revenue from those casinos with the state.

$850M public funds for a stadium with no roof that won’t be able to host as many non-football events. May not get a Super Bowl

if tonight’s Peacock game were a Bills game, the NFL should waive the $5.99 subscription fee for the entire state of NY

$850M. You could house the illegals there. Oh wait, no roof.

If the Steelers are already in Buffalo, they should play the game. Fuck the hometown fans.
I agree to a point. But these temps are dangerous to the players and fans as well. Hypothermia and frostbite could easily happen

Anyone rooting for the Texans?

Little reason to give a shit either way, but I’d rather see the Browns advance

I cannot root for the Texans and their fans. They are like a lower class version of the Oilers.
Have the Texans even won over the city of Houston yet? Do they have a strong fanbase after 2 decades?
