I noticed this last night. Dumbasses.
I know it's the home of NASA but all I could think of was cosmonauts and comrades.

Garcia is going to pass Freese, too, which is too perfect.

This year might really be destiny.

Shitty of Astros fans to leave early
Yeah I agree.

What they've accomplished the last 7 years is incredible and every fan should have stayed until the end.

I know it got ugly, but when it's the game that ends your team's season and that team has done for the city what this one has?

You stay in your seat and you give them the proper sendoff that they deserve.

Houston fans have always sucked so this doesn't surprise me.

It needs to be.

He was a great pick and proved to be a steady hand for an organization that needed it after the scandal.

He more than did his part by getting them to 2 WS' and winning 1 of them.

But he's hit that Bill Parcells part of his career where they're no longer playing the better player at every position and instead are choosing "experience" even if it's to the detriment of the team.

It's time for fresh blood in there.

And I told you pessimistic bastards that this wasn't over after game 5. :lol

The Astros can never be counted out which is why I knew they'd find a way to bring the series back to Houston, but I also knew they were still very vulnerable.

For all of the holes they've dug themselves out of over the years, they've never completed the entire comeback after being down 0-2 or worse and they failed to do it this time too.

They're starting pitching just could never quite get right this year and the same inconsistencies made their way into the playoffs, and the Rangers made them pay for it.

I really hope the Rangers go on and win the whole damn thing.

Friday seems like an odd day to kick off the World Series.
I thought they would want the Saturday and Sunday night.
My guess is that they wanted at least one night all to themselves during football season so they chose Friday for game 1 that way they didn't have to compete with either college or NFL football on both nights.

Congrats. You were trying to impress your other superfan friends but now you're a worldwide laughingstock.

I don't think he's a good manager to begin with.
