In real time we are experiencing a mass shooting here in Allen, Texas as I write . Early reports say it occurred a a shopping mall and there were 9 victims on early count. The shooter was killed by an Allen police officer who was there on another matter. Is sanity ever going to return to this society?

This is the first responder for the victim care. The first responder for law enforcement was a policemen going there on another matter and diverted to the shooting crisis.
