I think over the next few weeks, you will see some Republicans slither away from Trump.

McConnell has already issued a statement today which suggests this.
 


Question for anyone who has the answer to this.

At this point, how would they prove which ones were received on time vs which ones arrived late?

I thought once the election officials received the mail-in ballots they removed them from the mailing envelop and placed them into some sort of bins. If that's the case I don't see how you marry up ballots with envelops. Am I missing something?

You may be a democrat and you may hate Trump and you may feel “good” about him losing, but the reality is that each and everyone of you realize that while this might feel like a victory for you, all that it really is is a demonstration that the powers that be will do whatever the F they want, by hook or by crook, and the voice of the people is irrelevant. I have no idea how they prove that but they are def acting fishy there in Georgia

My guess is this is less about when these ballots were mailed in, but more about if these ballots are legitimate in the first place.

Democrats asked for this fight, imo. Fauci said many times that voting in person could be done safely. Democrats wanted to scream voter suppression up until a week ago when they started telling everyone to vote in person.

The CDC released a statement, I believe yesterday, that told people that even if you are sick or in quarantine, it is your right to vote in person.

This is mass confusion that didn’t have to be. Add on top of that, last night when counting was halted, Trump was up by a lot in MI, PA, and WI. Then we wake up to massive bite dumps that skew 100% to Biden. That doesn’t lend any credibility to the democrat party and the claim that mail in voting is legit.

This was handled poorly.

I don't think people on that side care if it's fair or not. As long as Team Blue gets power, it doesn't matter how they did it. This is the party whose thought leaders embrace Saul Alinksy, after all.
 
If Biden wins then I fully expect the Republican Party to begin a process similar to what the Democrats did to Trump. The ground work is already laid for an ouster proceeding of the Democrat President with the scandal and payoffs he is alleged to have received from foreign Countries. The roar of the engines will begin immediately.. its tit for tat time.

She can’t stop Lindsey Graham as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He already has an investigation under way against several individuals . It would be a simple matter to work with the J ustice department and open another investigation. He would take it to a point where a Special prosecutor would be appointed to take it over.

Shit. The dems wouldn't mind this. Hell, I doubt they'd even resist very hard at all. I've said all along, watch who the VP choice is for Biden. That's who they really want in office. Biden was only chosen to run because he was the best chance to win out of the others running in that shitshow of a primary. At least Biden had a tie to Obama they could ride on.

If the repubs get Biden out of office, they'd be doing them a favor. It will allow them to save face by not having Biden declared incompetent. Or having a "stroke" or some other bullshit where he would then step down. Or worse... Having him Clintoned.

I don’t know what the Democrats would mind but I expect it to start. It would keep them occupied for a while and keep Pelosi at bay for a while.
 
He was never a candidate that was going to keep the job. I’m not surprised if there is already a plan to retire him as unfit . His own party has set it all up on a master plan for the agenda they have.
 
It's crazy that all of this happened because Bernie Sanders won the Nevada primary handily. Before that happened, Joe's campaign was going nowhere. As a result of Nevada, the party freaked out, made sure Joe won the Georgia primary, made several of his competitors drop out to help his cause, and Sanders never recovered. His main qualification for the job is that he's not Bernie.

Exactly, I'd actually like to see Dems try to remove Joe for incompetence and then Mitch refuse to ratify it.
 
The problem is Pennsylvania. Even if Trump holds NC and GA, then flips AZ and NV... a loss in PA means it's over. I think.
