So if California comes 3-5% toward Trump, he could indeed win the popular vote. I’m pretty sure that’s the right math.

I have 10-12 family members who have never voted that did this time for Trump.

I’m pretty sure if conservative minded people actually voted instead of saying “my vote doesn’t matter here.”, California could be a lot more competitive.
