New Year's Day traditional meal.

All the sides, Mac, collards, black-eyed peas, cabbage, corn bread.

I am only responsible for the meat and the collards.

Nobody likes Ham as a main meat and turkey is once a year for us.

So I am cast-iron searing filet like some pauper since I am grill-less.
 
I farted so loud last night that my wife nearly jumped out of bed at the noise. Edit: She was dead asleep.

I told her dogs were barking outside because of fireworks and she bought it.
