I had given the president of our condo HOA such a hard time once that now people are feeling sorry for her. Look... when we bought the place 12 years ago there were 230 units on site. Since then, they built a second and third phase which raises the count to around 540, however they still have the same goddamn dumpster which only gets emptied 2 times per week. She sent out a flamespray message on the community website saying that if she had to pick up the trash that people are leaving beside the obviously full dumpster again she was going to be "conducting surveillance" to find out who was doing it and petition the board to fine them. I responded back that due to her inaction as President over the past 10 years to have another dumpster on site or have the other one picked up more often, that to think of her picking up trash as her penalty, and maybe it would eventually motivate her to act on it. At first, a few people agreed with me but I guess some felt as though she was being attacked so more people started telling her what a great job she was doing... what the fuck ever. Don't go away mad, just go away.
Here's to Booze eventually starting a HOA President thread where he can tell us how he directed the new single hottie to trim her bush and it turned into something out of a Penthouse letter.
