"Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the beaver last night?"I hate that I laughed.
Also hate that I got it.
Ward's really gonna give it to the beaver now!
I once cut the living shit out of myself once cutting the hide off a pig's front quarter to mount the head. I don't remember what kind of knife it was..I use a curved boning knife (this is what some folks use a filet knife for), a Forschner, and a breaking knife mostly. They offer skinning knives and slicers, and such as well, but I am a neanderthal, and use whatever I have most of the time, other than skinning. I have custom made ones for that because hog hair is friggin tough shit. lol If you're doing brisket, the electric knife mentioned above is not a bad way to go, either. A cleaver is always nice to have as well, but I don't own one.

That wasn't one of the options.I didn't take any pics. I put a bandage on it and continued cutting off pig hide.
Rrrrrright, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is...That wasn't one of the options.
That looks outstanding. I might try to make this.
Those look great. I know he was all about speed with this, but I might take the extra 19 seconds and remove the membrane.I've gotta do this this weekend...
