There's no such thing as a sprinkle of socialism. Every single socialist country is a fail. And don't throw Scandinavian countries as examples because they aren't socialist and will tell you so themselves. They are governments that are high tax environments that use the taxes in healthcare and other things people consider socialism, but aren't. In socialism, the government controls the means of production, in those countries, citizens do, but are taxed at high rates. That isn't socialism.

But isn’t that what the “liberals “ in this forum are arguing for? High taxation to the wealthy to redistribute wealth in terms of healthcare and education for everyone?

This is semantics, because people attack policies they don't like by calling it socialism when it isn't, as per your definition.

Single player healthcare, which the few super left here actually do want is essentially government run healthcare. All payments would come from the govt, would be limited by the govt and eventually if people couldn't make the living they thought, people would stop becoming doctors. Then at some point the govt would have to force people to become doctors to meet the demand. That's the logical end to that nonsense.

We already had the best healthcare in the world until your fearless leader and his minions F'd it up and made it multiple times more expensive. Continued education you can blame on your people as well since they dominate 90% of it. Those socialist professors sure like to get paid don't they!
