Or one dropped pass or bad play call and suddenly you lose. See the Eagles and Panthers games as perfect examples.

They're 1-2 in their last 3 and their defense got roasted by the Bears and Falcons. The Chargers are a bit of an outlier because they're missing like their entire OL.

The idea is probably that our offense is excellent and should be even better with Lamb against a pretty meh defense, while maybe our defense has a half decent game after looking like idiots.

I'm not optimistic but that's probably what bettors are thinking.
